IPL is recommended during the winter months when the skin is not exposed to intense sunlight. After treatment, it is necessary to protect the skin from the sun for at least 1 month.
IPL is not suitable for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have active skin infections, autoimmune diseases, sensitivity to light, or people with tanned skin.
Redness, swelling, and possible bruising in the treated area are common and usually subside within a few hours to days.
It is necessary to avoid sun exposure, hot water, and aggressive skin products for at least 48 hours. We recommend regular use of moisturizers and sunscreen.
