It is recommended to come with clean skin without make-up and avoid alcohol, tanning beds and intense sun exposure for at least 24 hours before the procedure. Prior to the Dubai Glow treatment, an anaesthetic cream is rubbed on for 30-60 min, followed by a Cool peel laser treatment where the surface layer of the skin is removed (we remove damaged, dead cells) without thermal damage to the surrounding tissue, which is unique in its minimal healing time, and then exosomes are injected into the skin.
Exosome treatment is one of the most advanced methods in aesthetic medicine to promote skin regeneration, slow aging and improve skin quality. Exosomes are tiny particles that are naturally produced by our cells. They have a powerful regenerative and rejuvenating effect. They are applied directly to the skin where they stimulate cell renewal, improve hydration, even skin tone and reduce the signs of aging.

- scalp (hair growth support)
- for people who notice the first signs of ageing - fine lines, loss of elasticity or uneven skin tone
- for those with tired, dehydrated, sun-damaged skin or skin burdened with pigmentation and acne scars
- for clients who have undergone laser or other invasive procedures and want to accelerate the skin regeneration process
- it is also used for problems with thinning hair, because exosomes promote the renewal and growth of hair follicles
- pregnant and breastfeeding women
- people with active skin disease (eczema, psoriasis, infection)
- patients with autoimmune diseases or bleeding disorders
- persons with active herpes in the treated area
First, the skin is thoroughly cleansed, disinfected and, if necessary, a numbing cream is applied. The exosomes are then injected either by microneedling/Cool peel laser, in which tiny microneedles create fine channels for the penetration of active substances, or by mesotherapy, i.e. tiny punctures directly into the dermis. After application, the skin is soothed with a regenerating mask or cream, which also promotes the absorption of exosomes and accelerates healing.
Immediately after the procedure, the skin may be slightly reddened or more sensitive, but these symptoms quickly subside. Shortly after the treatment, the skin is refreshed, hydrated and smoother. Over the following weeks, there is a gradual improvement in elasticity, a reduction in wrinkles and pigmentation, and an overall rejuvenation of the skin. With regular repetition, a long-lasting effect is achieved.
Treatment with exosomes is minimally painful. For greater comfort, an anaesthetic cream is applied prior to the procedure, which makes the procedure well tolerated.
